Here's what people have said...

It was my pleasure to meet you at today’s Women With Vision Network lunch in Wasaga Beach and to learn of your services at Drop in the Pond.  Your talk reinforced all the materials I have read and all the recordings I have listened to over the years.  However, you presented it in such a succinct manner and your talk was well timed for me.

Thanks for taking the time to share this valuable information with us.

If I could put it into words in 100 or less, it wouldn't be a problem
WOW, the difference in 60 hours.  since we parted at 12:45 Monday...
One day to get my head around that new belief
Second day to begin to process that which brought confidence
Today, confidence to ask a question from someone whose impression, I "failed"
Today, a breakthrough happened.
That timeline experience was -- indescribable -- in translating results for me in 60 hours
I'll have another session with you, for sure...
I cannot say thank you in large enough letters.
I feel like a series of chains have dropped from me, and they are somewhere up there in the fields...THANKS AGAIN
I can't tell you how different life is since I've integrated my past, my present and my future into one timeline LOL (just from the couple of exercises we did, incredible!)

I no longer see my life as "before" the move and "after" the move. It's amazing, I'm looking forward to going home and settling down and getting on with things:) Happy happy!

...The work you do amazes me, it really does have an impact ... The Drop In The Pond name is perfect:) Sheryl W.
Had some a-ha moments. Thanks.
Hey Krysta,
Awesome presentation on Weds night. You really wow'd the crowd. You are a dynamic speaker who is able to convey your ideas clearly.  I love how your ideas just make sense.  They touch a part of a person that empowers them and makes them see that change is within their grasp.  Jason Ellis
Krysta,  I was one of the public health nurses in attendance yesterday, and I wanted to thank you for coming and introducing the group to the concept of be, do, have. You did a very good job, in spite of the pressure of a behind-schedule program, and the worst time slot of the day....Anyway....thank you for coming, and may happiness be yours, just because you choose it. Jen, nurse of many years!
So many enlightening moments where I understand my reactions and motivations behind my behaviour.  I now have specific questions to ask myself to find out more about why I am behaving or reacting a certain way.  Thank you Krysta!
This was fabulous and helpful with all aspects of life - thanks Krysta.
Wow. learning about releasing guilt and anxious thoughts has CHANGED MY LIFE. I can't thank you enough.
Wow, VERY GOOD -alot if info in a short time. I like the "questioning the belief tool".

As someone who is very much in tune with her body and mind, I often seek answers to challenges that I am facing.  Sometimes, it is the questions that are the hardest to figure out.  I recently met Krysta and have found that her approach and process has helped me figure out what questions to ask.  The answers then follow with some clarity and simplicity.  Krysta’s approach is very non-threatening, and open.  Her process allows for leaps to be made without the constant necessity of going through all of the minutia of each challenge.  I really enjoy working with Krysta and will continue to meet with her to clear issues as they arise.

I wish my company had scheduled a LONGER seminar- there was so much great stuff!!
I want to say thank you for the informative session you gave last night. It gave me a lot to consider. You made it very clear about how our self esteem is at the centre of our well being. How we see ourselves and how we talk to ourselves has a vast impact on everything we do. I agree with you that it's probably one of the most important pieces to living a joyful and peaceful life.

Even John found it interesting. Please don't be offended that he chose to leave the session part way through ( I was surprised that he stayed as long as he did). I think he saw it as an opportunity to play his DS, so he grabbed it. What can I say - he's 11 : )

I really enjoyed the content and understand my thought processes much better!
As a result of this workshop I intend to take a closer look at myself to move forward with my life - leave alot of the fears behind.
This was a very eye opening workshop!

Intrigued, I attended a group information session about weight loss, the facilitator was informative with some very different approaches to an age old topic. She was articulate, passionate and thoroughly engaging.  That facilitator has since become my life coach and every session has been a consciousness awakening.    "When the student is ready the teacher will appear"  Buddhist Proverb     For me that teacher is Krysta Chapman.

Thank you, Krysta

This may be life changing information for me!
Krysta helped me look inside myself and deal with hidden feelings.
