A group for Men & Women

Led by Deborah Alton (Hon BA (Psychology, NLP, DWF) & Krysta Chapman (NLP)

This is an ongoing group which focuses on the exploration of our personal power, and the light and dark sides of our being. As we accept all aspects of ourselves, we discover our inner magnificence and how to bring ourselves into our relationships with others. The group supports our letting go of shame and judgements that keep us from relating in a healthy connected way. The group will function as a model for honest, loving relationships by creating a safe, interactive space to focus on issues of trust, forgiveness, self worth,boundaries, separateness, hopelessness and anger.

Cost $250 per month (includes GST)
